Article 9 (Shipping of Products)
1. Our company will deliver the product to the member or to the shipping address designated by the member by courier or other means using a shipping company designated by our company.
2. Depending on the payment method, the shipping procedure for the product will begin after approval from the payment company or confirmation of payment. It will take approximately 10 business days for the product to be delivered.
3. If the shipping company has sent the product to the delivery address specified by the member but the member does not receive the product within a reasonable period of time due to an unknown delivery address or an extended absence, etc., the Company will be deemed to have fulfilled its contractual obligations, and the Company will not be liable for any damage suffered by the member as a result of the non-delivery.
4. The period for delivery of the product may be extended for the following reasons. However, in this case, the Company will not be liable for any damage suffered by the member due to a delay in delivery of the product. However, this does not apply if the member has suffered damage due to the Company's intentional or gross negligence.

5. If you have not received your product or a notice of delay within one month from the date of your order (or the expected delivery date for pre-order items), please contact us.

Article 10 (Regarding product exchanges, etc.)
1. In the unlikely event that the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will exchange the product. In such cases, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds.
